Destined Encounter, Fated Day.

After what seems to be an endless marching practice, we finally get to return home and get ourselves rid of sticky sweat and other excretion products.. Well, for the members anyways. After that, candidates for the next BSM Board of Directors have decided to meet at Mcdonald, Ss2, to receive their new post and role in better serving the society. The situation was very tense as the previous B.O.D decided to redo and re-plan everything at the last minute. Finally.. .  After long minutes which seems like hours of consideration, they are ready.

Atlast, The list was read aloud, on and on the words come out of the mouth of a person, and our faces seem to change accordingly too. Some im sure, are very happy, and some i know, not so much.

Lets skip that part now *some text missing*, the new B.O.D is ready, and our first meeting is at no other place than the very infamous Mcdonald. Right,  the irony. Our new HSL seems very enthusiastic about his new job. Things were going on at a good pace. If not, better.

Next half of the day, some of us decided to watch movie at TC mall. "Despicable Me", what a good show. Very touching scenes and great storyline. Makes you wonder doesn't it? What does it mean to being a father?

What else is there? Bought some medical supplies on the way home, i mean, ran home in the rain with a bag full of medical supplies. I swear i saw people staring our their windows thinking i was mad. Oh well, haha , that was fun.

Second day of first aid course proved a major success as well. Pn. Tunsiah never showed up again. Conducted by Mr.Surendre (I got that right!)

Summary of First Aid Course Day 2 :
F.A.C started early with the presence of Officer Mr.Surendre
Briefed on the different kinds of injury to bones and whatever...
Breakfast : NONE
Mr Surendre left, Yin Chuan came..
First Aid : CPR lessons (conducted by V.A.D)
First Aid : Practice on Dummies
First Aid : 5-minutes Golden Time
Lunch time : Good Food.
Practical course : Transporting patients with stretcher
Officer Surendre Returns.
The course continued with even more lively talks
Accompanied by lessons on bandaging. (REEF KNOT and DOUGHNUT)
Participants were over bored over the talks that TeaBreak was earlier later than scheduled

Attire : PJK clothes and long pants/trackbottom (no shorts)

Bring: WATER! Lots of it.

Safety Measures

Message from President,

As you all know, H1N1 is at large right in our very own country. Precautions are necessary to prevent infection. Firstly, when you see people having symptons of Influenza H1N1, please DO NOT bring them into the B.S.M.M room. It is unhygenic and not safe. Instead of staying in school, ask them to return home right away. Ask them to call their parents to come and pick them up. This will prevent the virus from spreading.

Next, for those who have been injured and need immediate treatment, the person in charge have to of treating have to make sure his/her hand are clean. After treating, please wash his/her hands again as well. Remember, safety first!
